What is the Medik8 return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Are Medik8 products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, Medik8 is a 100% cruelty-free brand. The vast majority of our products are also vegan-friendly, with the exception of a few products containing sustainably sourced ingredients like beeswax.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
